My complaint:
So let me start off by saying I love McDonald’s and I am a frequent visitor to this establishment. A group of friends and myself went to this location before heading out for the night. There were 7 of is total. We ordered our food 2 10 pc nuggets 1 spicy 1 regular . 6 Double Cheeseburgers . A big Mac meal and a double quarter pounder meal. I paid for our food and waited… and waited…. and waited. I asked 3 times if they knew how much longer and was given an excuse everytime. There were 3 customers when I arrived and not many came in while we were waiting. 28 mins later I received my food. We we all frustrated at this point and ready to go. When we checked our order the only thing right were the fries and 3 of the 6 Double Cheeseburgers. The big mac was a fish filet and the double quarter pounder a chicken sandwich. We didn’t feel like waiting another half hour for the correct order and had other plans for our night. I have never been so disappointed in the service in my life. I also made a complaint on complain.biz
Suggested solution:
I feel some form of compensation is required. Some online vouchers for free food or something. McDonald's is my favorite fast food restaurant but after last night I am starting to rethink my decision to keep spending my money at the establishment
