My complaint:
On Wednesday 20 Dec in mcd London Oxford street at approx 1300 my 17 year old has chicken select- she ate them but described them as the worst she has ever had the batter was rigid and hard and she said some of the chicken looked pink – she ate most and her friend had one – approx 5 hours later and for the next 14 hours she has been vomiting and not well at all ; this came on very suddenly- her friend also had stomach cramps but not sickness – the only thing we all had different is the chicken select, I know it’s hard to prove but wanted to let you know Incase other complaints also come in, so you can check what went on
Suggested solution:
I don’t know I have had to stay an extra night in London as my daughter was unfit to travel back by train- she’s mortified as was throwing up on the platform and felt people would judge and think she’s drunk when she’s never had any alcohol in her life .
