McDonalds complaint: Missing item

My complaint:

I called it the drive through at the meteor centre Derby on 21st December. at 6:15 approx. I purchased 2 double sausage and egg meals and a bacon roll meal. These were for my staff that had been at work since 3:30am preparing Christmas meat orders. Upon arrival the staff dipped into the bag to find the bacon roll missing. I called the store to ask if someone could deliver it to me, we are literally 5 minutes away, to be told they don’t do delivery service. My member of staff was quite upset being as the other 2 got there’s. I explained to the guy who told me he was the manager if the guy that was at the window handing out the orders was concentrating on his job and not chatting to another member of staff he may of got the order right. I was very annoyed.
Please advise as to what you are going to do!

Suggested solution:

Vouchers to use at any other MacDonalds. Talking to the manager of the store to address this situation with his staff. It is very rude talking to other members of staff when you are serving. I am a directors of a company and I don’t allow my staff to have a conversation with another member of staff I till the have served the customer.
