My complaint:

Made my order paid for it went to next window and woman told me sorry can’t give u ur food u didn’t pay even though I paid it came out my bank I showed her the transaction of it she then said sorry I can’t give u the food unless u pay again so I had to pay twice she was very cheeky towards me and took my card and paid for it herself contactless and literally awful as she made me out to be a blinking liner told me it’s my fault clearly not it left my bank and I showed her that on my transactions I’m so upset it’s now left me with not enough in my bank to get electric over Christmas and I have a son on rescue medication that stays in the fridge now at risk having no electric either not to mention fact it was burnt ! So mad and now I have no electric and my sons medication is at risk due to this nasty woman making me pay twice for one meal and taking my card of me

Suggested solution:

Speak with staff and return my money and better more welcoming considering I use the restaurant regularly
