My complaint:
My Uncle and i were in the Mcdonalds drive thru in Whangarei,and the Mcdonalds employee was rude as we were ordering,she kept getting our orders wrong and we had to tell her 4 times..by the time we got to the window to pay she was very abusive towards us and yelled at my Uncle to put his cigarette out,he refused and told her he was smoking in his car,,not inside Mcdonalds..she then ripped the eftpos machine through the car window,yelled at us saying she refused to serve us and shut the window..We were so shocked at her behaviour..so i got out of the car and walked inside and asked to speak with the manager..he arrived and i started to tell him what had happened,he then cut me off and told me to leave,refusing to listen,i told him i hadnt finished telling him what happened,he refused again and told me to leave..as i was walking out i told him i would be taking further action into this matter..
Suggested solution:
My Desired solution and request is to have the Former manager at Whangarei Mcdonalds 26102019 and its Former Employee 26202019 Occupation Contracts Terminated Immediately..along with two Mcdonalds Vouchers for two Big Mac Combos
