My complaint:
We have had several orders of late with items missing (usually sauces). Obviously it’s not possible to rectify this on take out orders as it isn’t discovered until you get to the destination where the food is to be consumed.
I have decided to make a complaint on this occasion as not only is it disappointing when you don’t receive your menu choices but also, the current cost of living being so high we cannot afford to pay out money for nothing.
I am sending a photograph of the receipt for today’s order which was missing all four of the sauces and there was no bacon in the ‘Bacon Big Cheesy’
The McDonald’s branch we normally visit is Osmaston Park Road, Derby and I feel that the staff require training in quality control.
Suggested solution:
By providing a refund or voucher for the cost of the 2x Cheese dippers which were missing the tomato dipping sauces and the Bacon big cheesy which did not contain any bacon
