My complaint:
I was excited for the return of the McRib went to the nearest Mc Donald’s for dinner. I ordered 4 Mc Ribs and a large fries. When I got home and took my first bite, the sandwich tasted odd. I open it up to check and there was no bbq sauce on my sandwich whatsoever!! Checked the rest of the families sandwiches and it was all made the same!! I am very disappointed in this and did not want to drive back to complain.
Suggested solution:
I think I deserve a full refund and some additional comps to make up for lost time and effort. I expected so much more from a franchise.
