My complaint:
Spent 17 bucks, got home, 1 burger completely wrong, cold froes, and to top it all off, a hair in my burger about 8 inches long. Took the food back, and the manager, Carlos, didnt apologize, and was completely ignorant to me. Told him i wanted my money back, and he nickle and dimed me, only giving me back 12 of my 17 dollars back. Im going to contact an attorney, due to having hair in my food, and see what this particular McDonald’s has to say then. The manager there at that location should be fired!!!
Suggested solution:
I wanted my money back, and the manager wouldn't give it back to me. Even telling me i didn't give him the fries, which i most crtainly did, and gave me a smart ass comment saying what, 3 fries?
