My complaint:
My order was fulfilled my incorrectly then the manager, Janine coped an attitude. Rather than trying to understand my order, she called someone on the phone to explain her position. Meanwhile the line of cars was getting longer longer. They gave me one drink asked me to move forward, they gave me my food asked if there was any thing else. I replied that I needed two more drinks. They proceeded to tell me I was lying and I told them I only received a new drink. They said how do we know you aren’t lying. Seriously? I have never been subjected to such horrible customer service! Janine does not need to be in management!!!
Suggested solution:
Discipline employees involved - unacceptable customer service. When they told me I was lying - that is deplorable!
