My complaint:
I AM A DIABETIC! I went to McDonald’s in Snyder, Texas today 1282020. I ordered a DIET DR. PEPPER. When I got to the window, I asked the server to make sure it was a DIET DR. PEPPER. She assured me it was a DIET DR. PEPPER. The drink I received was NOT a DIET DR. PEPPER. Does this company realize the severity of servers making mistakes of this magnitude? Do you have a policy stating that ALL EMPLOYEES need training on what can happen if a regular soft drink is given to a diabetic? I work at a hospital, and I thank God that I am at work just I case my glucose raises any higher. Right now, I am physically ill from this error.
