My complaint:
I pulled up to the drive through at 72nd and Pacific at 9:05 pm. At 9:24 I was able to place my order. I ordered two Mcdoubles and a large drink. at 9:36 I had not made it up to pay yet. and at 9:44pm nearly 40 minutes later I received my order. I opened one sandwich to eat on the way home and it was not even warm. I don’t think I’ll stop there after a long day again.
Suggested solution:
Maybe explain how they plan to fix the problem in a convincing way.
