My complaint:

So I placed an order on the MrD app and specifically requested large Mel’s, I paid 222,70 for large packages filled half way through not to mention the fact that the whole order was not delivered the cold drink was half by the time it got here the fries was cold and and the burger was smashed when I opened the box my kids were still hungry after downing this ugly looking half way full meals and that meant that I still had to cook. This is besides my son that only ever orders fries that wasn’t even delivered which mean I had to give off my food.

This is the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced from any restaurant in my life I was so pissed off that I couldn’t get hold of the driver again and took me 45min to find an actual complaints site for me to enquire so me holding up the kids from eating eventually told them to dig in after taking pics of this terrible experience resulted in an entire family being grumpy at McDonald’s bit taking it out on each other. Large meals that didn’t even take them a min to finish wow such great service after trying to go back on this app to log a complaint I tried calling the branch who never took a damn second to answer the fone even though it’s a 24hour takeout spot the delivery was as horrific cause the packaging was damaged and wet and broken also untidy.

Suggested solution:

I should be refunded so I can go back there and order directly from the restaurant so that it will actually fill my kids up after they apologize for not taking pride in their brand
