My complaint:
I just brought my 2 grandchildren McDonald’s from the store above , when we get home the chips were uneatable they were very dark in colour and hard to bite or eat also 6 chicken nougetts had to be thrown away as they over cooked and hArd to bite . This is the second time this week very unexseptable and a waist of my money..
Suggested solution:
I think we should receive a refund or be sent vouchers for free McDonald's. Everything has gone into the rubbish bin .
