My complaint:

On Friday 280820,I visited the McDonalds in Chingford E4. I bought a quarter pounder with cheese which was so disappointed about the presentation and the quality. The burger was dry and cold. The filling minimum. The overall presentation look as it was coming out of the bin. When I spoke to manager about the presentation, she reply that is how a quarter ponder look. I told her that I was not hoppy and to take it back, she reply to throw it in the bin. When I asked for a refund or replacement , she reply no. I returned it back to her. Her reply was I got your car registration number. I felt humiliated and disrespected. I was so upset I question her professionalism and felt that she needs training about how to conduct herself when there is a concern and customer service.
I often attend the Leytonstone branch where the staffs are so polite and will to listen and make corrections.

Suggested solution:

I would like an apology. My money back or the food I order.
No picture of the food I order as I have left it in the shop
