My complaint:

When we asked what drinks there were included in the happy meal we were shocked when the girl answered very abruptly that it was listed in front of us – that was completely untrue as we couldn’t see any information on drink types fir the happy meal – if this was so we needn’t have asked her. She then went on to say that it could take her twenty minutes to read out the full list of drinks. How rude – with two children under 4 in the back and especially not been out in such a long time to be welcomed by this very rude person. This is not acceptable and she should not have spoken to us like she did or to anyone for that matter. This happened at 5.00 pm on Thursday 27th August at Crosshands McDonald’s.

Suggested solution:

By replying to me for a start and addressing the person who served us - she can’t expect to speak to customers like that and get away with it . She was very rude - both my husband and myself were taken back by it ,very disappointed indeed.
