My complaint:
I have just been to the drive through. Which to my surprise and excitement wasn’t busy. once served and I had received my order I headed tome to my excited kids. Unfortunately when I got home 2 of the double cheese burgers I had ordered were missing from my order. I didn’t have the correct receipt either.
My order was 4 double cheese burgers,
1 cheese melts
1-20piece chicken nugget box
1 loyalty coffee.
I unfortunately paid by cash too do not only do I not have the correct receipt I have no bank trace to my order. It cost me £13.14
Suggested solution:
I would like a voucher or something similar fir the missing burgers I have been charged for but have not received.
