My complaint:
My grandson and I went to McDonald’s in Morehead by the BP he ordered a bacon McGriddle and I ordered a steak egg and cheese on a bun and we went and shut down and table and it was forever getting it when we got it it was two sausage egg McGriddles so we took them both back told them that we wanted to bacon McGriddle and a steak egg cheese on a bum so we waited probably another four or five minutes minutes and they bring us out two sandwiches we open them up both were bacon McGriddle so he lay had his right and that took the other one back and told them I ordered a soft a steak egg and cheese on a bun they said they’d get it right so we went back out and sat down and before I got to the table they was there with it and I said open it up and it was a steak egg and cheese on a bun but it was as cold as a potato I ate it because by this time I was getting pretty hungry so when I left I told them that it was they had bad service in the I wasn’t the only one there having problems the dining room was full of people standing around wanting to orders couldn’t get them right so I just thought you’d want to know and I told him that you know at the way the price of food and everything else you’re you’re the service and the quality of food and went down prices went up and they need to understand it there’s other places to eat you know I don’t have to eat there and they need to know that thank you for your time
