My complaint:
Mcdonalds on fairgrove church road in Conover, NC didn’t get orders right because these employees didn’t listen to their customers because of long line in waiting and also orders messing up on the screens. Customers should check their receipts to make sure their orders are right before paying before picking up food.
It did happened to me many times before when I asked for ICED MOCHA, but the employees gave me a wrong cup of mocha without ice in it. They never listen to me anyway. And that is so stupidity of them who don’t do their job of what customers are telling them to order things right, but employees always messing up a lot every time. Ughh. That why I complain every time about it when I go to McDonald’s every morning for my ICED MOCHA of what I order, but instead they gave me the wrong order that they typed on the screens. Employees didn’t check orders on the screens for their customers. That is causing more problems for me and also to other customers who are waiting in the long line behind me.
Suggested solution:
Employees at that mcdonalds location need to check orders on the screens for customers to give of what they asked for very specifically instead of giving them wrong orders.
