My complaint:
We arrived at McAllisters around 11:10 and placed an order. We waited about 30 minutes and went to check on our order. In total we waited about 40 minutes to get our food. When they brought it they did apologize and said they had a huge online order. I asked why they didn’t inform us of that when we ordered and we might have chosen differently if we would have known. Poor excuse. What happened to taking care of your customers inside your establishment. I do know that online orders are a thing but shouldn’t you take care of your walk-in orders as well. We were put on a back burner and were not informed. This is the second time it has happened at this location
Suggested solution:
Some compensation would be nice but really overall they need to do better with their walk-in customers
