My complaint:
I made an order for my warehouse team. the order was a total of about $700. My first issue is we were not informed of the automatic delivery fee of $40 (I had 2 deliveries, 1st and 2nd shift.) As I’m paying the invoices now I notice the $30 tip added to one of the orders has been changed to $50. The receipt we approved clearly shows $30 and is retotaled to reflect $30. This is highly unethical!!!! Whether you agreed with tip amount or not, you don’t simply change yourself. I will pay the invoice because $20 isn’t worth the headache, but I WILL NOT use your company again for my monthly lunches for my team. Invoice 1762816. Suggested solution:
I simply will not use your restaurant going forward. Communication needs to be made regarding this unethical and most likely illegal practice.
