My complaint:
I g9t a interview and they sent me to a location that wasn’t even open and no one was there. Then they scheduled me a virtual interview and for some reason I couldn’t get through. Then they rescheduled another in person interview and I refused to go up there again looking stupid. Then the rescheduled another virtual interview and canceled 5 minutes before the interview. And corporate does not respond.
Suggested solution:
Respond with professionalism and make this right. This was such a inconvenience.
