My complaint:

The customer service was horrible. My host Warner is terrible no customer service skills at all. When I walked in, Warner did not greet me. I was the first in line. When another customer walks in the side door, Warner asks the other customer how can I help you. I said dude do you see me standing here. I was here before the other customer. Warner wears his hat turned backwards. This shows a sign that you don’t want to work for McAlister’s. I didn’t order a drink but others did. Warner picked up the cups with his hand on the top. HOW NASTY!!! Managers are not doing their jobs. You pick the cup up by the side. Another worker saw a lot of customers come in and she just kept stocking. She saw that the food had come up but she took her time stocking and when she was ready is when she decided that she was going to put the orders in a bag.

Suggested solution:

These people need more customer service training. Also, your supervisors and managers need more training as well. I have been in there several times now because I have really enjoyed the chicken salad. This is not the first time that I have been in and Warner has his hat turn backwards. This shows a sign of disrespect for the company. You would really be pissed if you were on Undercover Boss.
