McAlisters Deli complaint: Club sandwich, broccoli and cheese soup and tip

My complaint:

I order club sandwich, broccoli and cheese soup and the bread on the club was hard and broccoli soup had a sour taste to it and they charge my a tip on a takeout order.

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund and my tip.
