My complaint:
My mom has been working for McAlister’s Deli full time for 2 years never calling out, she works hard, and had a brain aneurysm because they work her too hard, and now she’s in the Hospital, and she has no sick leave. We have a Mortgage to pay and little money. I find this very unfair.
Suggested solution:
Suggest to them to add sick leave to their employment policy. Important thing to have.
