My complaint:
I called for carry-out order TODAY 12-16-2022. I had to call three times before somebody will answer the phone the phone just kept ringing finally I got somebody to take the order at 3:09 p.m. my son was supposed to pick it up …by At 4:14 p.m. OVER AN HOUR LATER the staff still did not have my order ready. I had to have my son cancel order I don’t think they even started on my order, and if they were that slow I dreaded my order would not be right. My son said person working at McAllister said They had a UNTRAINED new staff some kind of mutiny I guess.. he said the old staff gone, not really understanding what that means. This has never happened before I have placed carryout orders at Mcalister’s at the location for many years. They definitely need more trained employees up there or ….. is this McAlister’s going out of business?!!
