McAlisters Deli complaint: Gift card

My complaint:

When I asked to purchase a $20 gift certificate, I was told I could not. The clerk said, and I quote “ I can’t do that. That be messing up our machine”.

Suggested solution:

I believe proper training is what is needed in this situation.
