My complaint:
Odered a smoked turkey Melt, when it came to my table, the bag of chips were sitting on top of my pickle. I politely asked the hostess for another. I heard the young lady in the kitchen that was expoing the food ask why? The hostess told her because the bag of chips was touching the pickle. The young lady in the kitchen says, what, You for real? She sends an extremely thin wedge as skinny as a pencil back to my table. After I finished my food, I asked a young lady Joshlyn to please get me an actual wedge of pickle, so she tells the young lady in the kitchen and the young lady is being so rude talking and looking like the pickle is coming from her personal pantry. She physically throws the pickle enclosed in a plastic bag over the counter to the server. She was rude and her behavior was that of an 8 year old throwing a temper tantrum. She’s a short dark skinned little girl with blond weave braids, something of the sort. I didn’t take a picture of the pickle or her because I didn’t think it would be an issue the way she made it. I’m a Veteran and dealing with young people and thier lack of customer service skills has become intolerable. I had to get out of there before I let her actions get the best of me. I’m 45 and young individuals like her should not be serving the public with that bad attitude. I will not return to this location and I will inform my friends, family and Comrads not to frequent this location unless they want a bad experience.
Suggested solution:
I feel like anyone who goes in any establishment for a decent meal and some good hospitality that's paying for food, deserves a gift card for the same amount they spent on the order. I odered at 2:41pm 12142022 and left at 3pm. If I could give No Stars, I would.
