My complaint:

My name is Nancy Grier and co-worker Francine Black place an online order on 1212022 at 11:51 pm and realized it was the wrong location so we called back right after ordering online up until 2:00pm and we finally got Jimmy on the line I think was the manager and I told him the situation and he told me that he was going to cancel both orders and we would receive a refund within 3 business days. I asked for ation of cancelation and he stated just check with your bank. We called back to the McAlister’s on December 7th and a lady answered and told us that he did cancel the orders and we would be getting our refunds he could not give us any ation of the cancelation.

Suggested solution:

By giving us both a refund due to us not getting our food we paid for.
