My complaint:

I clocked into work and called into the office saying that I did two no call no shows and I was late five times. There was never any situations that were involving no call no show. As far as the lateness, I’m far downtown and i travel by bus. Majority of the coworkers own vehicles and I don’t so I have to go by the time they are set around. The general manager even complained about Christmas Eve me not showing up but I was not scheduled to work on Christmas Eve. So that was unlawful termination. The general manager should be reprimanded and written up for unlawful termination. All other times I have been on time to work and do my job. It’s certain that there is an ultimate form of favoritism and bias in the workplace and it is unacceptable. It should be dealt with starting with the general manager Amy.

Suggested solution:

The general manager should be reprimanded and written up as an act of showing favoritism and unlawful termination
