My complaint:
I went in to McAlisters to get a Potato today, it took me 15 minutes before anyone took my order, it was a to go order, it took another 20 minutes to get my order and I believe the only reason the finally got it out was because one of the employees asked what I had ordered when I told him and gave him my name, he asked the people preparing the food if they had an order for Karen, they did in fact and put it thru the window to be bagged.
When I got my food home,it was awful, not fresh and and the potato tasted like a leftover potato, always before they have been very good, I ate about half of it and had to throw it away.
Suggested solution:
I am not sure but I won’t be going back there again and if I don’t get this resolved I will let it be known.
