My complaint:
Went in, ordered food at 1:17, just after my associate ordered…he got his food about 1:30…at 1:50, I asked about my order and told them to make it to go since my lunch break was over…they SLOPPED my order together right then and I left. Got to work and founf watered down potatoe soup, and a PATHETIC COLD Reuben that lloked like the toppings had been tossed across the room at the sandwich before wrapping it and my pickle up against each other so pickle made bread into mush. This Mcalister’s needs EVERYONE FIRED and replaced, this was the hair that broke the camels back, 9 out of 10 meals here are either wrong, disgusting, or both. And the one across town is slower than waiting for the sun to burn out…
Suggested solution:
Fire everyone and hire competent kitchen employees that give a shit. My meal was $19.something, I want a $25 gift card or something, for meal and time waisted.
