My complaint:
Our McAlister’s in Cullman, Alabama has recently opened and i go an eat there at least once a week. this past experience was not up to par and not handled professionally. the general manager Jos Casimiro acted like it was my fault that part of my order was missing and when i received my order it wasn’t not like normal and I get the same thing every trip. When I asked him why it was made like that he told me that they probably just threw it together. I would think since you already messed up my order you would make the second one perfect. When I spoke to them over the phone they still acted like I did something wrong. to make a long story short I do not advise this McAlister’s and hope that if this situation ever happened again they handle it different.
Suggested solution:
They should of at least comp our meal since we had to turn around and drive all the way back to get the rest of our order that they forgot. Also should of made our order up to quality for McAlister's.
