My complaint:
I ordered over $40 of food from your restaurant and when Door Dash delivered it, I noticed sandwich was on wheat bread. I do not eat wheat bread. I called the company to tell them my order was incorrect. 3-4 people listened to my issue and placed me on hold for a extremely long time. Finally a manager came to the phone and identified himself as Cory. Needless to say, after speak with 3-4 people who was unable to resolved my situation I was frustrated by the time the manager got on the phone. I will admit my voice was elevated because of the numerous people that came to the phone, AND the numerous times I had to call back because either the employees hung up on me, or the phone calls were dropped. I attempted to explained my situation to the manager, Tory and his voice was elevated much more than mines. He was arguing with me like he was not at work and eventually disrespectfully hung the phone up on me, which made me had to call AGAIN for the FIFTH time. At that point, I spoke to one of the associates who justified his manager behavior, and told me he reacted like that because he just lost his grandmother. Certainly my condolences to him and his family, but his behavior towards a customer was an obvious indication that he should have stayed home and allowed himself to properly grieved.
Needless to say, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. This issue could have been quickly and professionally resolved by either giving me another sandwich, or refund my money. Period. Instead I was left on hold 4-5 times, hollered and screamed at by the MANAGER, and outright disrespected.
Suggested solution:
I would like for my money to be refunded ASAP!
