My complaint:
Does it do any good for us to send complaints to this site ???
We repeatedly get pickup orders that are not complete. The receipt reflects that we are charged for modification andor additions to only get home and find additions and modifications either ignored or staff aren’t properly trained in the first place. Understandably, todays labor pool is vastly lacking in attention to detail and personal responsibility.
Suggested solution:
I honestly don't know how to fix this other than the franchisee and management need to be put on notice to correct it.
