My complaint:
Food order made the wrong sandwich when showed cashier girl from behind desk grabbed with bare hands and pulled the sandwich apart in front of us when wanted a new sandwich attitude came out took sandwich in back in front of us picked it up overhead and slammed it down into the trashcan her name is Shayla she had no uniform on as the other ones did and it was 628 at 5 PM and this was the first time we’ve ever went into the store what a great experience the girl was saying you don’t tell me what to do had a lot of attitude if I was the manager I probably would’ve walked her right to the door employees like this you’re not gonna have any customers
Suggested solution:
How to resolve if I was a manager I would’ve walked that girl right to the door and ended her employment right there because that’s an example that she said is that it’s OK for the other workers to act the same way very disrespectful I thought I only seen stuff like that on YouTube I feel sad for your business because it’s a nice building it looks like a good store a good shop but if you’re gonna hire people like this you’re not gonna last very long
