My complaint:
My name is Caleb McCown and my brother is will mccown. We’ve worked as boh members for a month now. Ever since We got there we gave it our absolute all. We worked harder than almost anyone and constantly got burned out but kept going because this mccalisters is so poorly run and has no staff. If you need proof ask Tj who worked in athens and loved us. I even heard them mention to a guy named Chad who’s corportate how great we were. We started working before Jessica came and know more about how the place runs then her. There’s a reason there’s so much turnover. She thinks just cuz she has the title of manager she can absolutely disrespect everyone even at one point yelling and cussing out a fellow employee. We get 0 breaks, 0 positive reinforcement. Today she was TOTALLY out of line. I’ve unfortunately had to quit with my brother because as much as I love KATIE and some others who work there, Jessica is terrible and might run this store to the ground. Also a employee named Justin is awful too always showing up late, taking food, etc. Tj even mentioned to faze him out but he’s still working because Jessica doesn’t care about anything other then her looking good to corporate. This will seem like a rant, but further research into this athens store would show why it doesn’t run like others.
Suggested solution:
Management re training??? New manager? Better employees, PLZ CALL ME 404-403-9798. I have a lot of input I could give. Katie is a great manager. One of the nicest humans I’ve ever met. She’s a keeper. So is kane. He’s a runner and im also a little worried he’s being taken advantage of. He’s worked there longer than anyone, always running around and I doubt he’s ever gotten a raise.
