My complaint:
The cashier named Deserei was extremely rude. My husband and I upon speaking to her at the register happily said, hi. And she did NOT greet us. After we placed our order, we said, Thank you. And once again she said absolutely nothing. That was extremely rude of her to do that. She had a displeased look on her face the whole time we placed our order. We weren’t rude, nor gave her a hard time. But she made it very clear that she hates her job, and hates dealing with people. She not only acted that way with us, but with other people that ordered at her register. It would be nice if the managers spoke to her about being courteous and respectful with the public. No one who enters a business establishment deserves to feel unwelcome. Because that’s a sure way to lose customers.
