My complaint:
We ordered from the app pulled up to get it, food was not even ready, they were all sitting In the kitchen not preparing food. So we waited another 20 min on top of the time the app said to be there. Then we get home and they forgot parts of our order.
Suggested solution:
Better service, be more diligent of the costumers and get our order right because we paid for food and did not get it
