My complaint:
I use the app to pay for my stuff before picking up and most places have a pickup spot for those orders but mcallisters does not but they usually just hand me my stuff. Today the line was very long and I asked a lady and she said I needed to get in line I said I already paid for it and I can see it right behind you and another lady at cash register said “yes unfortunately we don’t have a pickup spot so you have to wait in line. Waited for 20 mins in line for them to just turn around and hand me my food. I hate being mean to anyone in the service industry they work very hard for not enough money but this got me pretty upset.
Let it be known I’m not mad at the employees, they’re just doing their job and I regret her seeing me get mad. Management needs to have a place to walk to and grab your already paid for order
Suggested solution:
Have a spot to put pickup orders that have already paid!
