My complaint:
I went into the location on July 25th. I asked a guy named Christopher specifically three times if there was any bacon or ham in the potato soup and he said it is garnished with it and that he would remove it. I then asked if there is any in the soup at all. He said no. I got the soup and there was bacon or ham in it. I asked for a refund and have not seen it yet. I called back the next day to talk to the manager and a lady said that the potato soup had always had bacon mixed inside it. Then Christopher came on the phone and said he knew that the bacon was mixed in the soup but he thought I only didn’t want the garnished bacon on top. I said that was so stupid and senseless I asked him three times before ordering. He was laughing. I do not believe an apology is enough for this type of behavior. I felt disappointed insulted and offended that my religious views were not kept in consideration.
Suggested solution:
I need to be reached out to by a higher authority part of the Business or I will take this matter to a lawyer. I need to be compensated somehow. -Swati Patel
