My complaint:
I placed an order online, and noticed when I picked my order up that a cookie was missing. I advised the cashier, in which she stated that I should get whatever dessert is out on display if what I ordered was not available. I advised that I do not want that, and she rudely said well you’re going to have to wait in line for a refund! Horrible customer service! I will never come back!
Suggested solution:
Do better with training associates on providing customer service!!
