My complaint:
As I was ordering the cashier was so professional and EXTREMELY nice. I ordered a spud and she said wait one second so I can see how long it will take. She stayed up front but leaned over and asked how long the wait would be. They told her 20 mins. She let me know and I said “that’s fine I don’t mind waiting. Can you just bring the rest of the food out and we will take the spud to go when it’s ready?” So she leaned over again and let them know what I requested. So the manager comes to the front and said “I don’t think you should wait 30 mins for a spud” I said “I don’t mind waiting” and she said “I just don’t understand why someone would be willing to wait for a spud” I said “is it a problem?” She said “it’s not a problem a spud just isn’t worth waiting 30 mins for so idk why you’re waiting” this is all while she’s looking at me like I’m an idiot. I let her know we would get it to go that it wasn’t a problem and she said “I guess” then this is what made me very upset. She then looks at my cashier and said “don’t come to the back again. You can’t leave the other cashier up here alone” the cashier said “I didn’t leave her alone” and she said with a horrible attitude in front of a ton of people “yes you did. You came back there and asked about a spud. Don’t leave her again” I thought it was extremely rude and an abuse of a power. The cashier was so professional and such a great employee and the manager was so uncalled for. I walked back in to get a refill and the manager was yelling at her staff in the back to hurry up. She doesn’t have good leadership and treats the employees so bad. And what didn’t make any sense to me is that we ended up getting our food in about 5 mins WITH the spud. It didn’t even take any time at all. So it seems to me that she just didn’t feel like making it.
Suggested solution:
I am not looking for anything. I had a great experience with the staff and food was delicious and came in a timely manner. I just do not like the way management treated her staff
