My complaint:
Places an online order which came to a total of $90. I placed the order online and then at the end message online told me to contact the store. I called the store told them I placed an online order but told me to call the store. I was speaking with John who then told me he would need to take the order over the phone and they are not doing curbside pick up. I thought was odd. So placed the order with John. Then as I was driving to pick up the food. I received a receipt saying thank you for your order. I arrive at the store . An associate brought out my food. I noticed I was missing items out the order I decided to walk into receive them. John was at the counter. I told him what I was missing. He said he just made the order and it’s right here. I told him that a young lady brought out my food already I’m just missing jalapeños. He signed rolled his eyes. Slammed down the four containers on the counter top and said with an attitude rudely saying to me I should have called the store because now I have $90 worth of food sitting here. I told him I did call the store and I said you told me you wasn’t doing curbside and that I was trying to make you aware of the situation at hand. He then talking to while his back was turned and saying no you didn’t and was being very condescending and rude. This was all happening infront of customers. Every one was staring at me . I walked away to my car because I have never in my life had altercation at this restaurant. My family spends a lot of money at this restaurant. And they way I was treated and belittled in front of everyone was so embarrassing. And to make matters even worst. Then entire order went into the garbage due to the food was horrible. So I had to go purchase different food for my Sunday dinner.
Suggested solution:
I’m open to options. I never had anything happen to me at this establishment. I eat here all the time. Even when I go out of town on vacation my family eat at McAlisters.
