My complaint:
I did a call in order on a Tuesday night after work was told it would be 20 minute wait. I drove to the store (10 minutes away) then stood in line for another 30 minutes before i was helped to get my food. then the food was cold and not made properly. I understand help is hard to find right now, but I as a customer still think quality is a minimum requirement.
Suggested solution:
I would be satisfied with a reimbursement of my meal. Roughly $12 dollars or a complementary meal of equal or greater value.
