My complaint:
I ordered online . When I show up for my order . I still have to wait about 15 minutes. The cashier then Tells me my order is ready but they don’t have the fruit cups for both of my kids meals .I ask what they do have available he mentions chips apple sauce and macaroni mind you the kids meal was a macaroni already. My daughters didn’t like any of the other options . So I just choose Cheetos even tho I know they wouldn’t eat them. I asked if they could substitute with a cookie that was a no.which I get. I just thought I’d ask.Being that my order is already messed up. So I get home. And all 4 bowls with macaroni are almost empty literally about 3 spoons in each cup. I ordered a veggie spud and it came without my queso in it. It taste horrible and plain. I had to go out of my way late in the afternoon to a Churches chicken to buy my kids more macaroni because they’re cups where not even half way full from Mcalisters .We love eating Mcalisters but I don’t think I will be waisting any of my money at this location again. $56.00 down the drain.
Suggested solution:
By calling customers back and letting them know what items aren’t available. Instead of letting them show up to a completely wrong order. We pay for what we want ,not for what the employees want to give us.
