My complaint:
I DoorDashed an order from this location and received the wrong order that THEY handed to the DoorDasher. So I got in my car and went to the store to order and pick up myself. The blonde, older lady taking our order seems like I was a bother to her while I was just trying to get my food. I’m a general manager in the food industry as well and I would not have anyone employed with an attitude like that. We are here to serve our customers and I felt uncomfortable being in the restaurant. She was not friendly, was very short, I wanted to pay in cash and she walked away assuming I was paying in card and didn’t come back for a bit so I paid in card. I understand everyone has bad days but never show your customers that. I felt Unwelcomed

Practice better customer service with your workers
