My complaint:
Main table area where people were eating had napkins and plastic fork and knife packages on floor. Tables were not cleaned after customers had eaten and left. Trash cans were full and were not emptied which did not allow customers to throw away their plastic food containers away. Only one person was serving and taking orders, but person was on the phone and did not do any cleaning. Asked for catsup which was not on tables and she took a bottle of catsup and tossed it on rhe counter. This occurred at 6:30 PM.
Suggested solution:
Clean the tables and floors where people eat. Empty trash cans. Person working should not be on phone. More people need to be working and not have everything done by one person
