My complaint:
I had trouble reaching a live operator. After 30 minutes I finally reached a operator. She then ask for my name, card number and if I was calling from the US. I gave all of that information. She asked where was the card purchased. I informed her that it is a gift card and I do not know where the person who gave me the card purchased it. She got upset because I could not provide that information. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and she hung up on me.
Suggested solution:
I’d like MasterCard to contact me back to provide me with the 25 characters that the game company is asking for. I’d like the mater to be resolved professionally
