My complaint:
I am the verified owner of two Mastercard cards. One registered at my verified Neteller account and other in my verified Transferwise account.
Its the same owner me – Luis Pedro Fernandes de Melo Alvim – and with the same address.
Facts:
02.02.2021 – Made a transfer from my verified TransferWise debit MasterCard ending 7452 to my Neteller verified account 973.75 Eur
(TransferWise ID: CARD-114300662)
02.02.2021 – Neteller register deposit in my account of 950.00 after taxes
Neteller transaction ID:3539066310).
02.02.2021 – Withdraw of 933.81 Eur from my Neteller debit MasterCard ending 1833 is refused. Transaction ID: 64256115.
In this same moment Neteller blocked my account for any type of transactions.
03.02.2021 – After contact with Neteller Support, I am informed that I need to upload a statement of Transferwise Debit Mastercard where is possible to see the ownership, address and transaction details.
I sent the document that is available at my Transferwise account to Neteller.
05.02.2021 – Neteller refuse the statement saying that the document must detail some numbers of the Transferwise debit Mastercard
11.02.2021 – After several days asking Neteller to settle this topic, Neteller still mantains my account blocked and refuses to give me access to my legitime money.
Today I sent Transferwise Account Ownership document iwth ARN and Approval Codes.
This is unbelievable. An abbuse of power. Lack of transparency.
Suggested solution:
Neteller and Transferwise act upon the Mastercard brand and cards as part of their business model.
So, for me, as a consumer client, I am making deposits and withdraws with Mastercard debit cards, and In my opinion Mastercard must intervein through Neteller and Transferwise to settle this on my behalf.
I don´t know what else I can do.
I gave all the possible information for both sides.
I don´t have any type of incident, abuse, fraud or any suspicious activity holding the Mastercard debit cards of Neteller and Transferwise
