Mastercard complaint: Reliance on mobile phone for OTP

My complaint:

Unable to access my credit card account as I do not have a mobile phone signal at my home to receive the OTP. I also cannot buy goods and services online from my home for the same reason. The nearest mobile phone signal is 5 miles away. I live in a rural area of the UK.

I am therefore locked out of my account and cannot use my mastercard online while this security procedure remains in force.

Suggested solution:

Other banks and large, household name companies send OTPs to email accounts and landlines. Why can't Mastercard have these options?
